On Saturday February 21st at Center Stage Theater, 23 girls and women were crowned as Illinois Miss Amazing princesses
The day began with orientation, and meeting their volunteer buddy.
After orientation, participants rotated through crafts, hair and make up, rehearsal, and interviews.
None of this would be possible without our amazing buddies, judges, and volunteers!
Then it was time for the final showcase! Participants presented their passions to the audience.
After intermission, participants introduced themselves on stage.
It was time for awards! Each participant was crowned as a princess and received a trophy to celebrate their achievements.
The IMA Volunteer Service Award acknowledges participants that have volunteered their time in their community as follows: Gold 125+ hours, Silver 88-124 hours, Bronze 50-87 hours.
Recipients were as follows: Lainie Wilson (bronze), Alorah Rosenberger (silver), Summer Nagele (gold), Abbey Ross (gold), and Elizabeth Carey (gold).
Elizabeth Carey also received the 2026 IMPACT Award. The IMPACT Award acknowledges a participant who has gone above and beyond to impact their community through service work.
The following 7 participants were selected to represent Illinois at the National Miss Amazing Summit this summer in Rosemont.
